This year we are trying a different approach to setting up ushers for our Sunday Service.

We are signing up people for a 3 month rotation.  You will only usher once a month during that 3 months.  The plan is for those times to be the only time you will be asked to Usher for the remainder of the year, unless you other wise ask.  The program will start in May with the first rotation period being May, June, and July.

• Fourth Sunday

Please note that if there are 5 Sundays in the month the First Sunday Group will be responsible for that 5th Sunday.

If the assigned Usher will not be available on their assigned Sunday it is their responsibility to find a substitute.  First check with Helen Rupert to see if you can simply trade days with another member on the list.

The list of Usher duties and will be posted here.  Please read through this document as we would like to have continuity every Sunday and there have been some changes from the last list that was made available.
